Welcome to Soul Healthy Co. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:
1. Product Information
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural, perishable ingredients. While we do our best to represent each item accurately, variations in color, texture, and taste may occur due to the organic nature of our ingredients.
If your purchase arrives with an unusual odor or taste, please do not consume it. Contact us immediately at support@soulhealthy.co so we can review the issue.
2. Orders & Shipping
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, with production up to 3 business days. You can expect your order to ship within 7 days of purchase, often sooner.
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the time of year.
Please double-check your shipping address—we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us at support@soulhealthy.co within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- Your order number
We’ll review your request and respond promptly. If your claim is approved, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Please note: We cannot refund or replace items due to incorrect address input or shipping delays caused by the carrier.
4. Health Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before using our products and do your own research—especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
5. Allergies
Please review each product and its full ingredient list carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, and refunds cannot be issued due to allergy-related concerns.
If you have any known sensitivities, consult your doctor before purchasing.
