Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at support@soulhealthy.co within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  1. A clear photo of the item and packaging
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Your order number

We’ll review your request and, if approved, work quickly to make it right.

Important: We cannot refund or replace items due to incorrect address input or carrier delays.
